Opening of the Maison ELLE in Amsterdam

Behind ELLE magazine lies its eponymous brand. For several years now, ELLE has been offering its readers the chance to immerse themselves in its world and its recognizable aesthetic, by developing places of encounter, exchange and well-being around the world.

The Lagardère Group, owner of the ELLE brand, continues to expand the brand with this new establishment in Amsterdam. For this hotel, it is collaborating with Black Label Hospitality, a hotel group based in South Limburg, with extensive experience in creating an exclusive and memorable experience for guests. Martin Hendricks, CEO of Black Label Hospitality, recently won the Hotello 2023 award.

The first Maison ELLE opened in Paris in 2022, proving a popular meeting place for tourists and locals alike. Following in the footsteps of its Parisian big sister, in December 2023 the first Maison ELLE opened in Amsterdam, a first for the Netherlands. As with its magazine, the Maison ELLE aims to be free, bold and welcoming, all in an upscale environment where every detail is thought of to delight our guests.

The hotel, located in the Vondelpark, in the heart of the museum district, boasts 31 luxurious rooms and a lovely city garden to relax in. You’ll discover a charming four-star venue with spaces that feel at home, but with touches of Amsterdam that inspire to tour the city by bike. In fact, if you stay with us, you can take advantage of our prime location and stroll through Amsterdam’s Pijp or Jordaan districts in just ten minutes.

The cherry on top: in addition to a delightful courtyard garden, Maison ELLE has famous neighbors, since it’s right on the doorstep of the Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum and the Van Gogh Museum.
